The PSM 80 A multi-sander is a practical multi-talented tool suited for sanding and polishing, even in hard-to-reach spots and on smaller surfaces. The Bosch microfilter system keeps the area around the workpiece clean. The integrated dust extraction element collects dust directly in the microfilter box and therefore prevents sanding dust from spreading though the surrounding area like in standard tools. Furthermore, the hook-and-loop fastening solution enables the PSM 80 A’s sanding sheets to be replaced quickly and easily.

The PSM 80 A multi-sander from Bosch is a practical tool particularly suited for sanding and polishing, even in hard-to-reach spots and on smaller surfaces. The built-in dust extraction element draws the dust directly into the integrated microfilter box. The sanding plate is based on the design for a small iron’s base plate and is made up of two separate parts. The rear section is fixed while the delta-shaped tip of the sanding plate can be rotated: once the front corner of the sanding paper has worn down, the user can either rotate the entire tip of the sanding plate including the sanding paper or just remove the sanding paper and replace it quickly and easily thanks to the micro hook-and-loop fastening system.
Whether you’re touching up old furniture or improving painted surfaces: the new PSM 80 A multi-sander from Bosch is the ideal versatile tool for DIYers. The compact combined orbital and delta sander is equipped with an 80 watt motor and is exceptionally lightweight, making it very easy to use. The ergonomic design features a large softgrip coating on the handle which reduces the level of vibration during work. The on/off switch is located in the centre of handle so that it is easy to access for both left- and right-handed users.
Thanks to its compact size and lightweight design, the PSM 80 A multi-sander from Bosch is particularly easy to use. The combination sanding plate means that the tool can be used for a wide array of jobs. The efficient dust extraction system and microfilter box is especially handy for DIYers. When using conventional sanders, the sanding dust spreads through the surrounding area and impairs the user’s view of the workpiece. In the PSM 80 A, the majority of the sanding dust generated is collected by the ribbed filter in the box. The box is made from a transparent material so that it is easy to spot when it needs emptying. Emptying the box is simple: just remove, open, empty and then attach again. Alternatively, DIYers can also connect an external dust extraction system to the tool’s dust extraction port.
The PSM 80 A from Bosch is a practical multi-sander that combines the advantages of an orbital and delta sander, making it suitable for use in an array of different jobs. The sanding plate is shaped like a small iron, is split into two parts and can be rotated. This enables DIYers to use all sides of the sanding paper to their fullest extent. Thanks to the micro hook-and-loop fastening system, paper can be secured in the blink of an eye, ready for work to continue. The ergonomic design and softgrip coating mean that the tool is easy to use and easy on the arms. Sanding dust is collected by the built-in dust extraction device and stored in the integrated microfilter box. Alternatively, DIYers can also connect an external dust extraction system to the tool’s dust extraction port.
